Privacy policy

What we collect

• We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't ask for your name, phone number or address.
• Your cookie choice and language preference are stored only in your browser (local storage); they are never sent to us.
• If you pick a country to see its free-shipping minimum, we save only that country code in your browser's local storage (hg-country). It's never sent to us and isn't used for tracking. To delete it, set the selector back to "Select country" or clear your browser data.
• Optional analytics (currently Cloudflare Web Analytics) and any advertising measurement we enable later run only after you choose Accept on the cookie bar. Until then, analytics and ad storage stay denied. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to run the site.
• If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you.
• Writing to us is entirely optional. Please don't send us any health or medical information about yourself or your children.

Outbound links

• Product links take you to iHerb. They are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you buy through some of our links, at no extra cost to you. iHerb may set its own cookies to track the referral, and your visit there is covered by iHerb's privacy policy.
• Links to Telegram and Instagram are covered by those platforms' policies.

Your rights

• Under applicable laws, you have the right to see the personal data held about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
• If you live in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or another GCC country, you have the rights given by your local law (for example the Saudi PDPL or UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021); contact us at the same address.
• To use any of these rights, email pure.halal.picks@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Legal basis

We process technical logs for security on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site, and your emails to answer you, on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest. We make no automated decisions about you.

Service providers and transfers

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security logs, and Cloudflare Web Analytics (only after you accept).
• Google LLC (Gmail): email.
• These providers may process data outside your country, under their standard data-protection terms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Telegram and Instagram

If you follow or message us on Telegram or Instagram, those platforms process your data under their own policies; we see only what each platform shows account or channel admins.

Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to reply, then delete them. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it. Your country choice (hg-country) stays in your browser until you clear it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
